What are your delivery options?

We can deliver our products almost everywhere around the world:

For UK customers we send most of our orders using Royal Mail - below are the delivery options we offer:

• Standard - this is equivalent to Royal Mail 2nd Class.
• Priority - this is equivalent to Royal Mail 1st Class.
• Express - this is a Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service.

Please remember, we process orders the morning after the day you placed your order. So for example, if you place an order for Express delivery on Monday, we will process and get it sent on Tuesday and it should - if Royal Mail do their job correctly - be delivered on Tuesday.

During busy periods, please note that orders may take longer to be processed - we cannot guarantee any delivery times, unfortunately.

If your order is too large or heavy for Royal Mail - we may use a different courier service. We work hard to find a good deal, but on occasions, we will have to ask you for an extra delivery charge in order to be able to send your parcel. We will contact you as soon as possible when this is the case.
