How long will my Click and Collect order take?

Click and Collect orders are normally processed in the morning the day after you placed your order. Orders placed on Fridays or the weekend will be processed on Monday. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.

Sometimes we will have to source your order from the warehouse and have it delivered to the shop - when this happens, it may take an extra couple of days before your order is ready.

If we expect your order to take longer, we will contact you to let you know - you can then either wait, cancel your order and receive a refund, or we may offer alternative suitable products.

If you want to buy something and collect on the same day, click "delivery and collection options" on the product page to see if it's in stock in the shop and you can just come into the shop and buy it off the shelf.
